Do Shimano Service Centers have all Shimano products in stock?

Shimano Service Centers carry the most common Shimano Original Parts. Please contact your local retailer for the availability of a specific component. You can find your local retailer through the Dealer Locator. 

Can I bring my road/MTB/e-bike to a Shimano Service Center?

Shimano Service Centers’ staff are trained to service the Shimano components of road, MTB, city and Shimano STEPS e-bikes. Therefore, Shimano Service Centers should be able to provide you with the best advice. As Shimano Service Centers are independently owned and operated bike retailers, they have the freedom to decide how to handle requests.   

Where can I find a pricelist for the services offered by Shimano Service Centers?

Every Shimano Service Center is an independently owned and operated company, so prices vary. We recommend visiting the retailer’s website or store for more information. The retailer should provide transparency on pricing. To find your local retailer, please check our Dealer Locator.

Are Shimano Service Centers required to repair and maintain every Shimano bike component?

Each Shimano Service Center is an independently owned and operated company, with the freedom to decide how to handle requests. We are building strong partnerships with our Shimano Service Centers through training and support to ensure you get the best service.

Please be sure to bring all documents, such as your purchase receipt, when you bring in a bike or component for service.

Do Shimano Service Centers also repair Shimano fishing or rowing equipment?

Shimano Service Centers are bike retailers and only service bike components. 

How can I recognize if a retailer is a Shimano Service Center?

All retailers that are Shimano Service Centers have the Shimano Service Center branding both outside and inside the shop.

Can my shop become a Shimano Service Center?

We invite bike retailers to apply to join our network. As we are committed to providing excellent bike care to consumers who use Shimano products, we have specific requirements to assure retailers meet these expectations.

Minimum requirements include employing a mechanic, having a physical store with a publicly accessible entrance, having a professional workshop and showroom area, completing Shimano e-learning courses and stocking Shimano Original Parts.
